  • Wireless mobile phone services
  • Customer support and technical assistance

Service Agreements

When you subscribe to our services:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges
  • Service terms may vary by package and location
  • Contract length and early termination fees may apply
  • Equipment rental or purchase may be required

Billing and Payment

Payment terms:

  • Monthly billing on the date you subscribed
  • Automatic payment methods available
  • Late payment fees may apply
  • Service may be suspended for non-payment

Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be affected by weather conditions, technical issues, maintenance, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for service interruptions.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your service:

  • Contact customer service at least 30 days before desired cancellation date
  • Early termination fees may apply if under contract
  • Equipment must be returned in good condition
  • Final bill will include prorated charges

User Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Use services in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Maintain equipment in good condition

Limitation of Liability

PrimeTelecom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding month.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or account notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
